Council of Nobles

The Council of Nobles is the thirteen member body created by The New Rule whose members guide the country like fathers of an American family. Each member of the council is a patriarch of a Noble House and has dominion over a region of the country.

The council has a fiduciary duty to make sure the United States is governed in the interest of America’s First Citizens (the .1%). In order to do that the council, among other things, determines who can run for federal, state, and local office.
